I had my brows done by two technicians that had trained with Katy years ago. It inspired me so much, I’ve researched a very long time, and there wasn’t any other option really. It was always going to be you.”
The company I went with before didn’t offer me any kind of back up and support like Katy does. I haven’t found that they have been there in the same way as you guys. If you have a slight question that veers off of something they trained you in, they say to you ‘Oh, we didn’t train you in that, so you didn’t pay to train in that, so we are not going to answer any questions on that.’ I thought that was an enormous smack in the face.”

I phoned up and you were on the phone for about 40 minutes explaining all the processes etc. whereas with other companies I got, ‘that’s the brochure, there you go. I’d done the initial training elsewhere and then some more, I’d spent quite a lot of money and felt I was just not as confident as I should be. I did loads of research this time around and was even looking into going to the states for the best training.

I did have a look at quite a lot of companies and one of the most important things that drew me to your company is the one to one training and the amount of experience that Katy had and the way you presented yourself. I think it is really straight forward and what you see is what you get. With other companies, they were not that straight forward. I’ve done quite a few visits to professional beauty exhibitions and I was looking really to find a good company, but I am just so thrilled that I’ve made the right decision.”
I went in 50/50 with my boss. We did quite a lot of research and we found Katy’s website and it had just fantastic reviews. It was expensive but we knew that with that we were getting the best training we could possibly get. It’s nice that you have a relaxed environment of just you and the trainer. I think that is key to bringing the best out of you. It’s a very permanent thing, it’s a very serious thing, you have to make sure you’re doing the best, and having the best training is obviously key.”
